IMPORTANT PLAYER INFORMATION POKERSTARS.COM FOR UKIPT EDINBURGH

1. Registration for these tournaments may be made any one of three ways:
(a) Using your Pokerstars account on the PokerStars client now.
(b) Via any GCasino or Grosvenor Casino in the UK contact ukipt@pokerstars.com for more details.
(c) At the venue on the day (using your PokerStars account )
Please note that there will be a number of PokerStars staff present at The Corn Exchange to assist you.

2. For legal reasons the use of cash is prohibited in the Tournament Area at The Corn Exchange, so those wishing to register on-site will first have to set up a Poker Stars account. This can be done quickly and easily see http://www.ukipt.com/how_to_enter/ for more details. You can also open an account at the Corn Exchange ( open from 5pm on the 18th). For more information speak to a member of PokerStars staff at the venue or email ukipt@pokerstars.com

3. Identification will need to be provided (passport or driving license) to register for all
Events

4. Registration desks will be available at The Corn Exchange to register for same day
competitions, including Turbos. Please note no cash will be accepted at these registration desks.

5. No registrations can be taken on-site at The Corn Exchange until after 11am.

6.  No money will be deducted from the prize pool, 100% of buy-ins will be distributed as prizes.

7. Prizes will be paid out at the PokerStars Tournament Desk. Prizes can
ONLY be paid out into your PokerStars account.

QUALIFY ONLINE

This is your chance to compete with the UK and Ireland's greatest players
in one of Europe’s most spectacular cities. Play UKIPT satellites on
PokerStars and take your seat for as little as £10 or 500 FPP. When you’re
there, you can expect the full PokerStars experience – your package
includes your buy-in, luxury accommodation and expenses.

Finding our UKIPT satellites is easy. First, download the free PokerStars software. Then, click “Events” and “Special” in the game lobby and
register for the satellite of your choice.

BUY IN DIRECTLY

You may buy in to the main event online at PokerStars from around a week before the event until three hours before the start. If you don't have an account, please download the free PokerStars software by clicking here. Please note: you will be a considered a PokerStars sponsored player throughout the event if you buy in online using your account.

If you're a PlatinumStar VIP or higher, you can buy in to UKIPT events using your PokerStars T€/$/£. Requests should be submitted to registrations@pokerstars.com before the final online qualifying tournament on PokerStars (typically two Saturdays before the event).

DIRECT BUY-INS WITH THE CASINO AND AT THE CORN EXCHANGE

You can register for the Main Event and side events in person at andy
Grosvenor Casino in the UK or by money transfer, bank draft or personal UK
cheque.

Registration will be available at the Corn Exchange from 10am, or for two
hours beforehand for later events. No cash payments will be accepted at
the Corn Exchange so players wishing to pay for entry into tournaments at
the venue must first deposit funds into their PokerStars account. Please
ensure you do this at your earliest convenience to avoid any delays.
